I used to call that "doing the turtle". at times it was funny to watch. another thing was to measure the fat that had. YES, you can do that if you want too. there is lot of truth in the saying that inside of every fat slug is a much smaller person who wants out of there.

The only way to speed things up is for us to handle the situation ourselves. Waiting on someone else is a fools errand. Just my opinion
