I was born in 1962, so that makes me officially a boomer, and we were doing that stuff when Gen-X was just a twinkle in their daddy's eye. Regardless of which "gen" you fall into, those were the days!
I turned 18 in 1977 and me and my buddies rented a shithole apt and furnished with junkyard furniture. But hey, we had enough leftover on payday for alot of beer.
