I fully agree that a tape measure is an outstanding way to teach fractions...but so is a CLOCK, and they can't manage to teach these moron how to read them either. And expecting that the worthless government monopoly day prisons that masquerade as schools to teach ANYTHING, is beyond delusional. They are about propaganda and OBEDIENCE training, not teaching anyone anything useful.
