Karen mode *ON* "I am totally disgusted by this picture. You have a watermelon on your kitchen counter. Appropriating another culture and showing your white privilege!" Karen mode *OFF* Damn kid, look at allll that fire power :)
I keep looking at the guns. If it was 2007 that is a countertop with less than $3k worth of guns. In 2020 it is about $18k sitting there.
For the life of me I do not understand why AK's and their variants are bringing the high dollars that they do. I have sold off the cheap SKS's, VEPR's, and AK's that I picked up for cheap prices in the 90's. They have been replaced with accurate shooting AR or Noreen variants with the profits I made off of selling the x39 guns.
Tsquared, it's basically supply and demand, and a lot of inexperienced people buying for the first or second time and paying too much.
I could go on a rant about how these people should have been watching current events and planning for the future over 10 years ago, but that would be a waste of time, we all know this already.
Substitute the parts from two little POS British transmissions and you have what the little portable work bench in my garage looks like right now. If and when I get one of them put back together, THEN it is going to look like that counter top.
Yeah, that is drunken me.....
ReplyDeleteAppetizers? What's the main course?
ReplyDeleteDecisions, decisions... which do I start to clean first?
ReplyDeleteI'd say that's a good start...

ReplyDeleteNot my house, my buddy has me bring everything over when he tries to talk his wife into a new purchase....
DeleteEven with the comment about your friend, still a good picture.

I love the 7.62 x 39, I have never had a more rugged and forgiving platform. Maybe I just got the pick of the litter though.....

Rant on Grog, I've been saying the same thing for as long as I remember.
