I might be weird, but I think every little girl needs a big ass mean dog to watch over her. my girls had one who was there when I was not. funny, my last dog was a 110 pound roadie ridgeback who loved the little girls that lived across the road. one of the best things I was ever told about Slim was my neighbor never worried about her 3 girls when Slim was out there with them. she even had a water bowel and used to feed him when he was over there. more than once their dad would come get me so he could bring HIS girls in for dinner. damn dog let them do anything to him. used to scared the shit out of me at times. all he ever did was to lick them harder.
