We have 90% men at our workplace; shift is 2 weeks in and 2 weeks out. Fly in/out. We had a women apply a few years ago who had in her cover letter that she "thrived on drama" and that she didn't "take orders from men" since they are all "afraid of her" . The hiring team voted 100% to not even interview her. Even the one female on the team said she didnt want someone that openly toxic in a closed workplace.
If her 4 children are from the same man he is a better man than I am. Nasty and just NO. This is painful to say but I think I would rather just give up sex (imagine the thought).
I'd go so far as to say the parentage of at least one is in question, and that none are getting regular and timely child support payments on a regular basis.
As a bonus, she is either unemployed or has been employed sporadically at low paying jobs for short periods between pregnancies.
Years ago, my old employer decided to hire a few women to work on there for a short ime The very first day, this lady broke her leg. She did it by dropping a very heavy pipe, which had been full of a metal bar. Between the pipe and the bar of metal the thing weighed at least 800 #. The metal is the part that we sold. We poured molten vacuum alloy into the empty pipes and after they cooled we pushed the now solid barto the next process, which processed the metal for sale, usually metal that commands a high price.
I Wonder how that Toxicity in her marriage came to be. If I was the, Go out, Encounter, try Speed dating and That sat at my table I'd probably just start laughing. Aaand she'd get Big mad,
I know a correctional officer working at a female facility. Every time, always, when a new convict arrived from sentencing, and they had unnatural l color hair, they were drug crimes, or assault/ murder. A neighbor that works as a licensed professional at a mental counseling company noted that all the females with toxic relationship psychologies have hog rings.
Such a strong woman doesn't need anyone to financially support her. She is more than able to financially support her psychotic ass herself. To stay within her budget, she needs to start cooking some of her fifty cats.
