That shoe thing is called a Brannock Device, but is not used anymore since shoes are now only sold by length. I've often wondered why everyone has the same width foot nowadays (at least according to shoe stores).
Noble sentiment (among other things) on 54, 78, nice flotation devices on 61, nice hibiscus (or something) on 63, nice "OK, baby, one more" on 64.
