Hehehe I was actually sitting down the street in my car when this happened! IT WAS EPIC! Unsure why the cops were called initially. NOT a good neighborhood. The perp was sitting on the curb when they showed up. They began talking to him. He started yelling that they were "harassing" him and stuffed his phone in the cops face. Argument ensues. Cop tries to take perp into custody. Shoving match...and perp does a 180 and runs straight into the cop car. After cops get cuffs on him, they're standing next to him laying on the ground and he's yelling out "Help! The PO-lice are KiLLiNg mE!!" Hilarious! Saw the person who took this video. Had their phone out and then just kept walking.
