I was a teenager in the 70's. My dad had a '72 Bronco with a 302 and a single gas tank. It got 10 mpg unless it was in 4wd then it got 7 mpg. It had 140 HP and topped out at 85 MPH. I got to drive it for about a year before he traded it for a left over '75 lwb 302 F-100 in late '76 that maxed out at 82 mph.
And the sad aspect of it, we will never see another truck like this ever again...
