When I arrived at my permanent duty station, the lead ET tried to send me to the parts crib to get some replacement Fallopian tubes. I asked him to show me the uterus they were for so I could get the right size.
Was assigned as transportation to a gun crew. They didn’t help me to service my 5ton but I had to help them service the 155. Wise ass crew chief sent me for a pail of muzzle blast. I didn’t return for the rest of the day, never did find any.
Send a kid to get a squeegee sharpener once. Later I sent the same kid to get a black muffler bearing not a chrome one. Both times the people I sent him to knew who sent him instantly. Yeah I had a reputation of being an ornery fucker.
Back in the seventies as a fresh PFC out of boot I got stationed at El Toro MCAS. About 3 weeks into my new life the staff sergeant seriously told me he needed 10 ft of flight and it's not easy to find and I'd probably have to go to another command to find it. Assholes. Lol
I remember sending a coner nub to ERLL to get a mechanic punch. Stupid fucker got hisself hog tied in the bilge.
