#67 - In the South where I grew up, we had Big Boy Restaurants but never referred to them as that. The ones we had were owned by either Frisch or Shoney and that is what we called them - Frisch's or Shoney's. Anyone else?

ReplyDeleteEverywhere I went in my yoot in the Memphis-Mid-South ay-rea, they were "Shoney's" never "Frisch's", and they were all sit-down restaurants.
In the west we just called them Bob’s
