way back in my early teens, we got a hold of a 11 or 12 HP engine. my buddy and me swapped out the weak 5hp engine on the mini bike we had. what happen next was that he ran up and tree and crashed the damn bike. I think we where about 13 or so. and you want to ride a rocket power one ? still, might be fun IF there was a open street or parking lot.
