This just in.

President Obama and the first lady arrived around 8 a.m. Sunday morning at the site of Sept. 11 memorial services. Among those at the scene were New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, along with current N.Y. Gov. Andrew Cuomo, former Gov. George Pataki,  and N.J. Gov. Chris Christie.
They landed on Air Force One at Kennedy Airport in New York City at 7:22 a.m, then proceeded by helicopter.

Campaign speech to begin at 9 a.m. sharp...after two 30 minute delays.......
While Wolf Blitzer from CNN breathlessly counts down the seconds until
Obama speaks.
