yeah. back when the world was normal. all of the street people we see and deal with today would have been locked up and on meds to keep the rest of us safe from them well, they closed the loony bins and let them run loose to make more and even worse loonies to run the streets. and guess who we have to thank for this ? yup. assholes like "Teddy boy" and his feel good friends who never have to deal with the results
