My Dad had a comment for people like you, Anon @ 7:37Too stupid to come in out of the rain.
I can give real reasons why they're good. People with no insurance get busted, hit-and-runs have cops show up at their door, car chases are no longer necessary, 100% solve rates for homicides. What is it about them that you don't like?
