I know a guy that has an ostrich farm, some of them get a little rough with each other so they have to be dealt with. They are very tasty with a little apricot sauce.
Ostriches are vile and MEAN! They will try to knock you over and then they stomp on you. Back in the early 2000s, a farmer in Alberta was almost killed that way. Extremely territorial animals.
Never spent any time attaching those latches. But sure have spent a fair amount of time unlatching them

The dogs are great. You just have to teach your kids NOT to do that to strange dogs you do not know. They aren't ALL loving...especially when hugged.
