No it’s not true, not even the same worthless prick. This is --> the 2016 sentencing of Jaleel Smith-Riley in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the 2013 shooting death of Porshia Brooks during an attempted robbery.
Being sentenced to death in no way guarantees he will actually be executed. And if somehow he is he will be an old man before it happens. Not what I would call actual justice.
