NO WAY a bunch of folks with IQs low enough to be classified as RETARDED by US standards, came up with the mechanism to STEAL that much money from US taxpayers. THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF state and local employees need to have EVERY ASSET THEY AND THEIR FAMILIES OWN, SEIZED and themselves THROWN IN JAIL FOREVER, for their complicity in this scheme to defraud the US taxpayers. Hanging would be fine too....just saying. Maybe during a Minnesota Vikings halftime show.
