Even blue and red as designated by counties is grossly inadequate. NO COUNTY or any other political zone is 100% ANYTHING. The current hatred is neighbor on neighbor. Never forget that.
In re: #62 -- there's a saying in South America that goes something like "the souther you go, the whiter it gets. Rio and Sao Paolo are both majority white (about 60-64%), the Brazilian states south of there are 80-90% white, and Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile are all 90%+ white.
