Had to cross check the quarter deal. Incorrect. Facing away began sometime around 2000. Difference is standard eagle on back vs. State qtrs, national parks etc. Bush was president thus can't tie to demontards. Can't tie to globalist as daddy bush and Clinton were prior. Dunno why the change besides general design.
