Reliable? As in Fix Or Repair Daily and Found On Road Dead? I've owned two Ford products in my lifetime. Both had major mechanical issues, one on a road trip to the eastern shore of Lake Michagin in a fairly new, ~10K miles, Explorer which cost me and my family three days travel time. You couldn't give me another.
Back when vehicles were not disposable even with questionable quality.
