I looked it up and this is a viral click-bate article. Legal Context: In real-world jurisprudence, a property or vehicle owner is generally not held civilly liable for injuries or death sustained by a trespasser or car thief who illegally takes their vehicle off private property, especially when the vehicle was not actively being driven or offered to the public by the owner at the time.

No justice for the man, that mother should be paying for the car, and court fees, that judge needs put away. If a person wants to take someones hard work, and they get shot, or killed that is a job hazard they chose.
Not only no, but fuck no on that ruling. It was legally park in the driveway and in front of another car by the garage and no one said anybody else had driven it in it's state of disrepair. The giggaboo fucked around and found out the hard way it had problems. The judge should be removed from the bench for an egregious ruling such as that.
kind of sounds like Philly. if you are white, it is your fault. regardless of what happened. God, I could wait to get the hell out of there ! and if you do end up in court, your jury will be over 50% black. and guess what ? they ALWAYS side with the black. I guess selling overloaded ammo to the "brothers" is not a good idea ? might be fun to watch though.
