Been a Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Yes, etc., fan since HS, and always will be. Later, leaned into Depeche Mode, New Order, NIN, etc., 80's electronica. Never cared for C&W all that time, swore I never would. But after I reached my mid-50's, I developed a whole new appreciation for Willie and Waylon and a wide spectrum of "the boys". Don't know why I'm compelled to comment on this particular post, except to say, I agree with the sentiment. Thanks for posting!... and Good Morning! =)
EM2:: I'm just a bit older than you, but the same here. As your kids have kids. And those kids have kids. Your perspective shifts and you wish you would have written down the stories your grandparents and parents told you.
